California's Supreme Court Ruling

"Watch Out Below!"

 

That's the warning we should be screaming, broadcasting, and announcing across the nation as the dam has been broken for litigation, confusion, and chaos.  When the California State Supreme Court overruled the will of the people regarding homosexual marriage, they single-handedly created chaos for the rest of the nation.

 

Several states have changed their constitutions or passed some sort of laws forbidding the recognition of homosexual marriage.  Now, thanks to 4 judges, every state in the union will have to decide whether or not to recognize two men or two women as being "married."  Law suits will abound when they don't.  And Congress has sat on their thumbs for years failing to work on a Federal Constitutional Amendment defining marriage as "between a man and a woman."  And so the dam has broken.  As California goes, there goes the nation.  It happens on nearly all issues.  May it not be so here.  Perhaps our nation will wake up and get a Constitutional Amendment (#28) passed soon.
